Project Description
Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC) extended the existing Metrolink 91 Line rail service from the Downtown Riverside station to the existing San Jacinto Branch Line which terminates in Perris, CA. This 24-mile extension reduces traffic congestion on Interstate 215 and improves transit options for southwestern Riverside County residents, who have some of the longest commutes in southern California.

Assisted in establishing right-of-way limits for various construction stages.

Coordinated with title companies, county agencies, city agencies, transit agencies, and private railroads.

Filed the record of survey.

Filed the certificate of parcel merger for the Perris Downtown Station and the corner record for the Moreno Valley/March Field Station.

Provided legal descriptions and plats for 7 temporary construction easements.

Provided legal descriptions and plats for 8 acquisitions, street dedications or road closure.

Provided Subdivision Map Act consultation to wave the need to file a parcel map per SMA Section 66428; resulting in immense time and cost savings for the project and for the commission.
